like the chinese have a saying: "one chopstick alone can easily be broken but a bundle of chopstick is hard to break". same with Malay proverbs: "bersatu teguh bercerai roboh" . The key holding the family (husband -wife) business together....everything we do must be transparent.
When i read one article about family business of chinese guy, he always mention that their idea was that money is not the most important thing; the needs of the individual. With this kind of upbringing, they always earn to help each other.. are ...that's not easy running the business without...
